We’ll travel on 56-passenger buses to Panama City Beach, FL to Laguna Beach Christian Retreat Center for 4 days and 3 nights of fun, worship, studying God’s Word, and more! Bunk houses are separated by gender and grade.

Student Cost: $485
(Deposit of $150 required to secure spot)
Includes lodging, transportation, all meals at camp (does not include travel meals), camp t-shirt, and activities at camp

LEADER MEETING: Sunday, May 19 | 5:45 – 6:30 PM | Hudson Hall (dinner provided)
PARENT MEETING: Sunday, May 19 | 5:00 – 5:30 PM | Hudson Hall

We’ll walk through the camp schedule, track times, Bible Study, taking final payment, and required documents at this meeting.

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following digital forms no later than June 14.

These are required for every STUDENT or LEADER to attend. We’re in a new year, which means a new release form, and we’ve gone digital. Please complete the 2024 digital Medical Release Form & email a front/back copy of your insurance card. You can email copies of insurance cards to Anna Brackins at [email protected]. Please turn all required paperwork into the student ministry offices as soon as you can.

  • A copy of your insurance card (this can be emailed to Anna Brackins at [email protected])

OTHER FORMS:

  • 2024 Medication Form – if your student has medication. If needed, please print and turn in to the nurse at check-in on June 28th.
  • 2024 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN, this form IS required. If needed, please print and turn in to the nurse at check-in on June 28.
  • 2024 DIGITAL Time Away – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, and/or they will be arriving late or leaving early from Beach Camp. This form is due to student ministry office no later than June 14.

TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE

If you need to pay your remaining balance, follow instructions below:

  • Go to Brentwood.church
  • Click the hamburger lines in the top right hand corner
  • Click “Log in”
  • Click “My Invoices”
  • Find the invoice that goes along with Beach Camp 2024.
  • Pay balance

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel, please notify Anna Brackins in the Student Ministry as soon as possible at 615.324.6126 or [email protected]. Before Friday, June 14, you will receive a full refund. After June 14, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
